When a user sends a private comment, Happyforce sends an email to managers and administrators to keep them informed. The email looks like this:
Who receives this email?
The manager (or managers) assigned to the area where the comment originated.
For example, if someone from marketing sends a private comment, the manager assigned to the marketing area in the org chart will be notified.
What if there is no manager assigned to that area?
In this case, Happyforce looks for managers assigned at a higher level in the hierarchy. If no manager is found before reaching the "root" of the org chart, all Happyforce administrators will be notified.
