Private conversations are a powerful tool that allows you to obtain important information related to a comment (public or private) about the topic being discussed. These conversations have two key characteristics:
They are private, between the employee and the person managing the Happyforce platform in your organization. No colleague in your organization will have access to this conversation.
They are confidential, so no one will be able to know who wrote the comment, unless you decide to reveal it yourself.
It is important to know that only the people who manage Happyforce in your organization can start a private conversation. As an employee or team member, you cannot initiate this type of conversation.
