How Happyforce Scores Are Delivered

This process is designed to ensure a smooth, representative experience — and to prevent survey fatigue. Here’s how it works, step by step.

🕒 1. Question Preparation

On the night before the start of each month, our servers automatically determine which questions each employee will receive during the upcoming month.

These questions are selected in a balanced way to make sure all wellbeing dimensions are measured over time.


📱 2. Displaying Questions in the App

When an employee opens the Happyforce app, the system shows them three questions from their monthly set.

Each question can be answered in just a few seconds, making participation simple and effortless.


🔁 3. Frequency and Participation Rhythm

The system continues showing new questions as long as:

  • The employee still has pending questions to answer.

  • At least 6 hours have passed since their last session.

This interval helps prevent survey exhaustion, keeping participation sustainable and engaging over time.


✅ 4. Completion of the Process

The process ends once the employee has answered all assigned questions for that month.

From that moment, their responses are automatically included in the calculation of the Happyforce Scores, reflecting the overall wellbeing levels in your organization.
