The Announcements feature in Happyforce is the perfect tool to keep your team informed and aligned. Share important messages quickly and ensure information reaches everyone on time, avoiding misunderstandings.

What can you do with Announcements?

  • Keep your team informed at all times: Publish as many announcements as needed, whether to share updates, celebrate achievements, or communicate important changes.

  • Filter and organize your announcements easily: Sort by category, status (published, drafts, etc.), type, signature, or dates to manage your communications more efficiently.

  • Measure your team’s reactions: Discover how your employees respond to the information shared with interactions like "likes" and comments.

Create Custom Announcements or Use Templates for Inspiration

Not sure where to start? Use our templates for inspiration:

  • Introducing a new project

  • Announcing achieved goals

How to Create an Announcement in Happyforce

Creating an announcement in Happyforce is simple and fast. Just go to the Announcements section in your control panel. From there, you have two options to get started:

  1. Create an announcement from scratch

    • Design a completely new announcement tailored to your needs.

    • Use our artificial intelligence (AI) to generate impactful content, adjust the tone of your message, or structure it more effectively.


  2. Use a template from the catalog

    • Choose from a wide range of templates covering common scenarios like introducing projects, celebrating achievements, or sharing important updates.

    • Customize the template with your content, adding titles, messages, and relevant files.

Both options are designed to help you communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring your messages reach the right people at the right time.

  • Save your announcements as drafts: If you’re not ready to publish yet, leave them in drafts and edit them whenever you’re ready.

  • Create custom categories: Set up different categories that display uniquely on employees’ devices. For example, you can have a category for official communications, another for events, and another for internal news. This helps organize and give context to your messages.
