We've prepared a draft with the focus of every manager and admin in your company. Review it, adjust what's needed and confirm it before November 15.

What's changing?
The old manager type is no longer used and is replaced by the focus. Every manager and admin has one, and with it they get:
A personalized report, with what matters in their scope: their team, their areas or the whole company.
Recommendations and content tailored to their role in the organization.
Recommended actions: concrete steps to improve what's in their hands.
The draft
We've given each person a focus algorithmically and with the help of AI, based on your company's structure. It's a proposal: nobody knows your organization better than you, so review it.
How to review and confirm it
Go to “Focus and roles”
You'll find it in the dashboard's side menu. You'll see people in your company's org chart and, separately, the list of admins.
Review each person's focus
People you haven't reviewed yet show as “Pending review”.
Adjust it or mark it as reviewed
If the proposed focus doesn't fit, pick another one. If it's right, click “Mark as reviewed”.
Confirm the draft
When you're done, click “Confirm draft”. After that you won't be able to adjust anyone's focus on this page: Happyforce will apply each person's focus.
Why November 15?
It's just the date we need to start generating reports in December: the first reports will be built with the focus each person has on that day.
If you haven't confirmed the draft by then, it will be confirmed automatically as it is.
Either way, you can change each person's focus later on, whenever you want.
Who can do it?
The account admins, from the “Focus and roles” menu.
After confirming
As soon as we process the draft, the “Focus and roles” page will disappear and everyone will have their focus confirmed. From then on, the focus is changed from People, with the bulk upload or, each person their own, from My profile.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to the old manager type?
It's no longer used: the focus replaces it.
What happens if I don't confirm before November 15?
The draft is confirmed automatically as it is on that day. You can change any focus afterwards.
I've already confirmed and want to change something
Once Happyforce has applied the focus, you can change anyone's from People, and every manager or admin can change their own from My profile.
Does anything change in the bulk upload?
Yes: the template includes the Management Focus column, required for managers and admins.
Someone in the draft is no longer a manager or admin
They show as “No longer a manager or admin” and don't need a focus. You don't need to do anything.
What happens if my company’s structure changes?
It doesn’t affect how reports are generated. Each report is built from the people and areas that depend on each manager or admin on the day it’s generated. For example, if the structure changes in January, that person will get a report adapted to the new structure.
