Ideas have two superpowers: one you can see and another you can't. The visible one is when someone spontaneously suggests an improvement for the company, their workplace, or whatever comes to mind. But the hidden power... that's the trick! Sometimes you have a specific initiative in mind and you'd love to collect ideas around it. That's where the secret power of initiatives comes in!
As a Happyforce administrator, you can create an initiative to inspire ideas. For example: "What could we do to improve customer service and achieve an NPS of 80-100?" (dream big!). As an admin, you can launch an initiative and direct it to a specific area, segment, or group. Of course, the collected ideas will be public for everyone on the app or in Teams.
And on top of that, you can tag ideas, respond with quick feedback, and even create new initiatives based on previous ideas. Does your head feel like it's about to explode? Don't worry, let's go step by step!
How to create an initiative?
In the left menu, go to Feedback/Ideas and there you'll find the button to launch a new initiative.
The steps are similar to those for a survey, check-in, or announcement, so they'll feel familiar. Make sure to give it an attractive title and a clear description that explains the purpose of the initiative well and grabs everyone's attention.
