As you know, people can leave ideas spontaneously or associated with an initiative. But surely if you're one of those who leave ideas, you've wondered at some point: "Have they seen it?" "Have they discarded it?" "I'm sure they've thrown it in the trash!"
You can now easily solve this situation in Happyforce by generating custom tags for each of the situations that may arise in your organization.
Let me tell you how to create the tags:
Go to the left menu, in the configuration section, and within configuration, to the "Feedback / Ideas Types" section, where you'll find an option called "status types."
This is where you can create tags that will later serve you to quickly give feedback to people on what is happening with their ideas.
You can create as many tags as you consider appropriate, and you'll need to give them a name and a brief description.
The name will let people know what situation their idea is in.
The description will help them understand in a general way what the tag associated with their idea means.
Importantly, to make your work easier and tag creation smoother, we associate each tag with a moment or phase. As I mentioned, each phase can contain several tags.
For example, for the intermediate phase, you might have the following tags:
More information
Checking
In the attic (meaning the committee is thinking about it)
For the final success phase you might create:- Approved- Working on it
Completed
For the discarded phase you might create:
Thank you for everything
Goodbye
Not now, but later (meaning now isn't the right time but it's a great idea to revisit in the future)
Tell me that's not wonderful 👏- You as an administrator can manage ideas quickly and give feedback
I as an employee feel more at ease and satisfied knowing there's someone behind the scenes managing and giving me feedback on my proposals
Now all you need to do is create an initiative and start receiving ideas. I'll tell you about it here.
