Happiness Index and Participation benchmarking per area
At first glance, you’ll find the Happiness Index and Participation Graph, which positions the areas of your organization based on their scores. With this, you can see how each of your areas stand in regards to overall happiness, and participation, in relation to the rest of your organization.

We can also filter the data and see the Evolution of HI and Participation sections separately.
In the Evolution of HI section, we can see the daily average Happiness Index per area, how the totals of each summed up and ended up with that state of wellbeing for that specific day.

In the Participation section, we are able to obtain a visual representation of the participation rates between each area.
