Although it may seem like a simple thing, editing or deleting a comment once it has been sent is not an easy task.
This is due to the architecture and security measures we have implemented to ensure the privacy of submitted comments.
We are working on an improvement to the system that will allow us to guarantee the privacy of anonymously submitted comments while also allowing us to edit signed comments, but it is not a simple task.
In the meantime, if you have written a comment and want to delete or correct it, you can use the Comment Moderation feature.
Please note that only Happyforce administrators can moderate comments through the Dashboard.
