Activate your account

Here’s how to activate your account as an Administrator/Manager and as an app user.

To start, you will have received an email from Happyforce to activate your account.

Your account has Administrator/Manager permissions, so you can explore Happyforce both from the Control Paneland from the app.

  • As an administrator, you have full access to the platform, allowing you to configure available options, manage users, respond to comments, create surveys and announcements, and view organization-wide data.

  • As a manager, you have access to the platform to view and interact with your team or area, and you can do things like reply to comments, post announcements, and ask simple, direct questions to better understand what your team members think.

  1. From the email to activate your account as Admin/Manager, click the “ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT” button.

Then, log in for the first time to the dashboard.

  • As a user, from the app you can vote and comment every day, give recognition, express appreciation, and share your opinion on your coworkers’ comments — just like any other employee.

In addition, the app recognizes you as a manager and gives you “superpowers”: you can send quick replies to comments or write personalized responses signed with your name, and you have access to a private wall where you can read private comments left by members of your team.
