What to Configure Before Launching Happyforce

In this article we explain all the available configuration options. Adapt your account to your organization!

Let's take a look at what to configure in each section:

1 - Basic Information

Upload your logo, company name, industry, language, and timezone.

2 - Employee Segmentation

Org Chart, Employee Profiles, Groups.

Segments allow you to analyze data by drilling down into each area, group, or profile created in Happyforce, and to launch questions, announcements, etc. to employees in the selected segments. You can customize them as needed.

3 - Pulses

The different formulas Happyforce uses to measure employee engagement:

  • Happiness Index, the daily question to actively listen to your employees and gather information; customizable if desired.

  • Scores, the 7 indicators that measure Engagement. They are enabled by default, as we consider them to be strategic data for effective people management and they offer benchmarks against other Happyforce companies and your industry.

  • Follow-up question, when Happyforce detects that an employee votes negatively on the HI question over a period of time, it asks them about the reasons. Always anonymous. Learn more here.

  • Transparency, configure various aspects of transparency regarding questions and pulses. What can your employees see from the app?

4 - Feedback- Feedback Types, you can configure different behaviors in terms of anonymity and transparency depending on your organization's maturity level regarding culture, feedback, leadership. This is one of the most important sections for project success. By default, the platform is configured with Felicitaciones and Sugerencias e ideas visible to employees, and the types "Información" and "Algo se puede mejorar" visible only to Administrators/Managers.- Transparency, configure how you want feedback to work in your Happyforce account.   • Reply, signature and others, configure other aspects of how feedback works in your Happyforce account.

5 - Recognition

Configure how you want recognition to work in your Happyforce account.

You can decide: Who can recognize? And what values or behaviors can be recognized?

At Happyforce we firmly believe in the power of recognition, so all accounts come by default with these 5 values: Companionship, Commitment, Trust, Passion, and Positivism.

But if your organization already has a Recognition Culture in place, you can archive these values and upload the Values you share every day, as explained in the video in the article above.

6 - Communication

You can create categories to tag your announcements, making it much easier to search for related content in both the dashboard and the app.

7 - Employee Provisioning

In addition to being able to invite employees from the platform, Happyforce allows employees to join by themselves without having received a prior invitation.

8 - API & Badge

Integration with Happyforce, connect your HR and BI systems with Happyforce easily to obtain data or manage employees automatically.

Badge, share with the world the level of engagement of your employees by displaying a badge on your website.

9 - Notifications and Emails

  • Alerts and reminders, configure how often and when you want us to notify your employees to participate.

  • Re-engagement emails, to encourage Happyforce participation, Happyforce sends emails to employees who have not participated for a while. Here you can see the emails that are sent.

  • Questions & Announcements, when a question or announcement is published, Happyforce will notify your employees to encourage their participation. To protect their right to digital disconnection, you can configure when these notifications are sent.

10 - BillingSubscription and billing, manage your subscription and billing details with Happyforce.
