Happyforce shows you real time stat of what your company is voting:
You can see the percentage of votes that each icon has received during the last 30 days.
The red line shows the evolution of the company in general.
The blue line shows the votes from your department.
You can also use the 'Index' button located on the lower bar to compare your department's Happiness Index with the rest of departments of your company.
In that screen you will only see a comparative of percentages, but to have more details and know where comments come from you have to go back to the 'Start' screen.
