The number of ‘agree’ and ‘disagree’ votes will help you know the overall opinion of your employees about a specific issue. 

They are also very useful to prioritize and see what is more important to people. If a comment has a lot of ‘agrees’ or ‘disagrees’ it means they care about that subject and you should focus on it and try to find out more info.  This may help you identify 'hot' points before they become issues or directly take action to fix something that is affecting the environment in your organization.
