The eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) gives us a pulse on satisfaction within the organization; this way, we can see the impact and evolution of the actions taken to improve your work experience.

Your feedback is super important to the talent/people team and the leaders of your organization. It helps them understand what you value most about your work and what needs improvement.

You are the Protagonist in eNPS

Every three months, Happyforce will ask you a question similar to this:

On a scale from 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend your organization as a good place to work? With 10 being the highest score.

This question is used to calculate the eNPS for that quarter. Your answer will be the number you choose, and you can leave an anonymous comment to help the People team understand your response.

The final eNPS score is calculated by counting the number of promoters and detractors:

eNPS = % promoters – % detractors

  • Promoters: those who scored 9 or 10

  • Detractors: those who scored between 1 and 6

Note that the “neutrals,” those who score 7 or 8, are not included in the calculation.

As you can see, the eNPS calculation makes it very difficult to achieve a high score because only the 9s and 10s count.

For this reason, an overall result between -10 and +10 is considered “normal.”

You can find more information about eNPS in the help section for managers.
