Happyforce makes content creation easy with its AI Assistant, available directly from the announcements editor. This tool is designed to save you time and help you quickly and effortlessly generate or improve your messages.
How Does the AI Assistant Work?
From the announcements editor, click on the AI Assistant button to access its features. The assistant has two modes:
Generate new content
Modify existing content
Generate New Content
To create content from scratch, simply click anywhere in the body of the announcement and use the assistant’s text box to describe what you need. For example:
If you type "short announcement about closure due to weather conditions", the AI will generate something like:
"Dear team, due to adverse weather conditions, our offices will remain closed today. Please stay tuned for further updates. Thank you for your understanding."
This tool allows you to quickly generate clear and tailored messages for various situations.
Modify Existing Content
If you already have text in your announcement, you can select the section you want to modify and give instructions to the AI. For example:
If you select a paragraph and type "translate this to German", the assistant will translate your text automatically.
You can also ask it to improve the style, shorten the length, or adjust the tone of the message according to your needs.
