If you need to change departments at Happyforce because you've been promoted or just because you clicked the wrong department when you signed up, don't worry! you can easily manage this from your Happyforce app.

Here's how:

2. Then, click on the "CONTACT" button

3. Write us a message requesting the change. Remember, we need to know your company's name and the email address you used to register to Happyforce. 

And you're all done, we'll take it from there 😀  Just one more thing to keep in mind: Happyforce is an anonymous tool, so your company can't manage your change of department directly, you can only do this yourself. However, if you can't get in touch with the Happyforce team from the App, please contact your HR department and they will handle it for you.
