Constructive criticisms is the best way to improve: we help you to spread it in the most positive manner

To help you pass on critical feedback in the most constructive way possible, we have applied a mini-recipe for non-violent communication that allows you to convert a negative comment into an opportunity for improvement.

For instance; a "negative" comment:

"I fed of the dining room and the microwaves"

It is clear someone is unhappy with the dining room, but this does not help to understand the problem and provide solutions. Applying a simple recipe, we propose you to divide the comment into three parts:

  1. The objective: to describe the context in which you find yourself and the situation: "There are only two microwaves in the dining room, we are 200 people in the company and I have to make a 15-minute queue to warm up the food every day"

  2. The subjective: how that situation makes you feel: "This causes me the sensation of wasting my time and puts me into a bad mood"

  3. The constructive: here you invite to propose an idea or solution to improve the situation: "We could take turns eating or buying more microwaves"

In this way we help you to organize those negative emotions and turn them into a type of feedback that is much easier to digest by the organization.
